Everyone finds themselves in a time of need at one point or another. Whether it is need for support and prayer or things like meals and resources- we want to be a place that can offer help, but more importantly hope- hope to know that you are not alone.

Maybe you find yourself in a season that you need help or maybe you are looking to offer help to those in need. Below are the ways that Heartland can come around you.
One to One is a ministry that is provided by trained, caring, volunteers who meet with individuals going through a variety of circumstances to provide care, support, a listening ear and prayer. Each of the volunteers have responded to Christ’s call to “carry each others’ burdens”.
Our mission statement: We exist to provide intentional one to one care through Christ-like compassion.

Trained Caregivers are currently being partnered with Care Receivers. If you would like to learn more about this ministry, please contact Jon McNary at Jon@heartlandsunprairie.com.
Heartland Meals Ministry seeks to serve Heartland families that find themselves in need of extra support due to a new baby, loss of a loved one, or hospital stay. Meals are provided by other Heartland members in order to show love and support in a tangible way.
The prayer team exists to pray for the needs of others.
Simply submit a request and each week the Prayer Team receives the request and has committed to praying for you.
We know and understand that people go through challenging times financially. Our desire is to come around those in our church family that find themselves in financial hardship and bring support, guidance and resources.
