One to One is a ministry
provided by trained, caring volunteers
Our volunteers meet with individuals going through a variety of
circumstances to provide care, support, a listening ear and
prayer. Each of the volunteers have responded to
Jesus' call to "carry each others' burdens".

Welcome to Grief Support
Losing someone you love makes the holiday season feel especially heavy. After a loved one's death, it can be hard to face celebrations, traditions and reminders without them. We don't want you to go through this holiday season alone. Our Grief Support Group is a caring space for anyone grieving the death of a person close to you.
Over the course of 5-Weeks our Grief Support Group meet each week so you can find support, strength and encouragement while you navigate this season.
**This group begins meeting weekly on Tuesday, November 17th from 6:30-8:00PM**

Request to Meet with a Pastor
Life can be hard and complicated and sometimes we all
need guidance, prayer and someone to talk to. Our pastoral
staff would be honored to meet with you, listen to your story,
pray with you and offer support. Please note that our pastors
are not licensed counselors and are not able to provide
ongoing counseling. However, they would be glad to meet
with you as a first step and help point you towards
additional support if needed.

Heartland Meals Ministry
Our meals ministry is for families who find themselves
in need of extra support due to a new baby, loss
of a loved one or a hospital stay. Meals are provided
by other Heartland members in order to show
love and support in a tangible way.
