Elder information & nomination

At Heartland, a team of Elders provide oversight and support to the church, the staff, and its members. Elders serve a 3-year term, with new elders being added each year. This rotation keeps 2/3rds of the Elder Board consistent from year to year and provides continuity over time. Potential Elders can be nominated by any Heartland attender, and once nominated, enter into a lengthy Elder selection process.
