At Heartland, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We laugh together and admit that none of us have it all together. We do, however, take God and His love seriously. So we spend our time together singing, reflecting, and learning about this God who came to save us, redeem us, and transform us.

We deeply believe that Jesus makes this life better AND makes us better at life. Yes, even as we experience the hills and valleys, pain and victories, the uncertainties and unknowns. Life with Jesus is the hope that we have experienced personally and desire every single person to experience that same hope too. 

You don’t have to be any particular age or race, or have any specific church or denominational background. You are welcome if you are skeptical of Jesus or are a devoted follower of Him. No matter whether you’re Republican or Democrat, single or married, divorced or widowed, straight or gay. Whoever you are, YOU ARE VALUED BY GOD, and YOU ARE VALUED HERE and YOU ARE INCLUDED HERE.

None of us live a perfect life and we don’t pretend that we do. This is a place where God meets people who aren’t perfect, and no matter where you are on your personal spiritual journey, you are absolutely welcome here.
